While dollars are never the only ingredient to academic success, fair and stable funding is foundational to protecting access to quality schools. I was proud to support historic investments in preK-12 education. In this most recent budget alone (FY 2019-19), the record $12.3 billion education budget contained a $450 million increase.

As a member of the Pennsylvania House, I'll continue to support what works in education. In a 21st Century jobs market, students and parents should always come first.
